9:00 - 9:30
• Registration - online / pre-registration is encouraged
9:30 - 10:00
• Bow in and division of competitors.
• Groupings will be defined at division of competitors.
10:00
• Competition starts each division takes roughly 45 to 60 minutes
• Youth will go first, then adult coloured belts
• Black belt divisions may be added through out the day, or run at the end
• Depending on time, brown and black belts will be invited to King of the Ring
